Christopher was absolutely amazing. He took his time made sure I understand what he was doing and what they were going to do and if there were any surprises he would talk with me about it before it was done. But didn’t give me a price for oil change just tire rotation. I was a little upset at the price though. It was my first service for the car and I wasn’t expecting it to be the price it was. It was a brand new car purchased from Shelor Subaru.

Shelor Toyota always takes good care of my truck and they are very caring and friendly. I am so glad to have them in my corner for service to my Tacoma.

Service was performed in a timely manner. A nail in a tire was detected and repaired. In addition, they honored my free oil change that wasn't used on my first visit.

Normally I hate taking my car for an oil change but today was just the opposite! I went to Shelor Motor Mile Service Department this morning for a 9 am appointment and arrived about 8:45. I was met and directed right into a bay. Special recognition goes to Brian Lawless who handled my paperwork, got me checked in and directed me to the visitor waiting area, an exceptionally clean and spacious area where I had free coffee and a comfortable seat. In less than an hour Brian let me know my car was ready to go and arranged for me to check ...

Thankful for Nathan/ Shelor Motor Mile(SMM) accepts Car Shield(CS)(American Auto Shield, (AAS)) . SMM was very familiar with CS. But it took all working together by the Grace of God to get through the diagnostic and approval process, parts ordered, so the can work can actually be done! Very thankful. The facility at SMM is phenomenal! 7 BAYS JUST FOR THE SERVICE writers to line up the work to get done.



Jutai was very open minded and friendly. A real advocate to get us the best deal for a car.

The Subaru service center is excellent! They communicate well, discuss options, provide clear expectations, and follow up in a timely manner. Brian was my service advisor and did an excellent job.

Jessica was great with following up and getting me the information I needed before getting to the lot. Stephen was truly amazing to work with, he knew and seamlessly went through every piece of technology my Tundra had. By far the most knowledgeable salesman I’ve ever worked with, he’s earned a repeat customer that’s for sure.

Very helpful. They looked at a tire and verified no new tire needed. Rotation of tires done to place the one with side wall damage on back.

Without knowing the details of the extent of the diagnostic that the Service department charged me for, I thought that the charge was excessive since I paid for the parts and the installation of the parts to repair my vehicle. If I had gone to an independent parts store, they would have run a diagnostic of the battery and the charging system at no cost. Other dealerships that I have dealt with recently, typically wave the diagnostic charge if I have them perform the repair. If it were not for the fact that it had been less than two (2) months ...

Checked my Subaru in with Brian & let him know my son was with me & I could leave my Subaru and pick up later. He let me know by text my total to fix my issue & also fixed two recalls - another problem came up with my tire & I was able to get that fixed as well. No one really likes to pay for expensive car repairs - the service was excellent and worth what I paid. It was also completely in time for me to pick up my daughter from school. We had an extremely smooth 2023 Jeep Gladiator purchase today,. Our Sales Advisor Chris Spencer has very good product knowledge and did a great job of handling the actual sales process. The business office did the sales paperwork quickly and efficiently. The dealership facility is very up to date, the buying experience could not have been better.
