VERY Good experience, Richard Morgan.... that guy can sell a car for sure, but what's even better is he looked out for my best interests and honestly cared ... Shelor was recommended and was the best. 2 dealerships went straight for the kill or sell should I say .. At Berglund, I asked for t...heir used chargers and was brought to a challenger (a V6 with turbo.. L.O.L.) I test drove it and it was ok but was not given a clear answer on if the warranty covered the turbo in the engine... So i moved on and was introduced to 2 Chargers and was being told "Berglund owns these cars but its not ours to sell"... Huh? That makes ABSOLUTELY no sense and Woodson couldn't get me "approved" on a vehicle that was less than what I bought my car for .. The first and right question Richard asked me was, "what is the monthly payment your looking for?" Then, gave me a list of vehicles I could be interested in that would fit my budget ... Richards patience with me and reverse planning made the sell perfect.. Good Job Richard!!! And thank you pal!! Show more

Doug was great helping me find a vehicle within my specific parameters. He worked hard to get financing as well when I had been turned down by others. Job well done.

4th vehicle we have bought at Shelors our first Kia. Doug was very helpful and patient with us! Mike was awesome about answering my questions and calling me back! We will most definitely return never had such great service!! Definitely recommend to all my family and friends!

Service Department technician was extremely helpful. I got there early, before they opened and was in and out in about 1 1/2 hours. Great service. Jayson Lynch, Subaru service advisor, was honest, efficient, polite, and competent. Explained everything clearly. It was warranty service on a 201...7 subaru outback. Show more
