Narrows Elementary/Middle School sincerely appreciates all that Shelor Motor Mile has done for our school. We are overwhelmed by the generosity that Shelor Motor Mile has shown through the Community Partnership Program. Not only is Narrows Elementary Middle School thrilled that we were chosen to receive 10 brand new laptop computers, we are also grateful for the opportunity to work with a business that is investing so much into the community and our schools. The computers will be an essential part of the technology that is integrated throughout our curriculum. These computers will be used as a portable laptop lab that can be accessed by all the students at NEMS. Again, thank you for your generosity. NEMS feels honored to be a part of the Shelor Motor Mile Community Partnership Program.

Thank you for the generous donation you recently made. We are most appreciative of the donation and it will be used to help our shelter animals stay healthy, warm, and well-fed until they find the great homes they deserve. Since we receive no government funds, public support is essential to our ability to help animals of the New River Valley. In spite of the current economic downturn, we are doing more than ever to make their lives better.
We need community support and we are always pleased when an organization such as yours thinks of our organization and the animals we assist. The future of our organization and the welfare of the animals are dependent upon people like you who want to make our community a better place.
Thanks again for your thoughtfulness. All of the animals say “Thank You!”

THANK YOU! The Christmas tree and display in Hotel Roanoke’s “Fashions for Evergreens” contest was again an enormous success- thanks to YOU and all you did to aid us in this fun and festive outreach effort….To win in this category, particularly as a non-profit organization, is a testament to YOUR efforts, and your volunteer spirit and dedication to Scouting. Without your contributions, this could not have happened. I hope that you will share our pride in this success, and continue to support us along the way….

We graciously thank-you for agreeing to be a co-sponsor … for the Austin Cloyd Memorial Tournament. ...this tournament in memory of Austin Cloyd, who was a student athlete at Blacksburg High School and was a victim of the Virginia Tech Tragedy of 2007. The tournament was founded to help fund scholarships for college-bound students. … Again, we thank you, and we appreciate your investment in the tournament, as it goes to support a wonderful cause.

I bought a vehicle from Shelor's in 1985 and was so disappointed that I didn't know if I would ever buy there again. In 2009, I bought a Kia Rondo from Shelor's, and the experience was exemplary, so I returned this year to buy a new Kia. I just want to commend you on the impressive improvement in your dealership! I will definitely shop there first from now on! I also am very impressed in your partnership with Montgomery County Public Schools! I am a teacher and appreciate your support!

With budget cuts in the fall of 2010, it looked as if our leadership conference was out of reach financially…long story short… there is no way that we could have ever raised the money to take last years group to the conference, but with the help of Shelor Motor Mile we got there…and we came back with even more ideas to serve and lead in our school and community…and I’m gonna go on to predict that their investment is helping these students go to that weekend conference will go far beyond the town limits of Narrows, VA or the walls of Narrows High School…I am confident that their investment will go into our colleges and universities, to our civic and religious organizations and into the business world…because these students will become leaders in due time.
Shelor Motor Mile, you are truly growing the Future with your Community Partnership Program and we all should thank you for your investment in our futures.
